- Be descriptive: Describe the product you're selling, including its features, a brief history and reasons for selling the item. he more information you provide, the more likely you are to make a sale at the price you're looking for.
- Make your Ad visual: You will have more success with potential buyers if they can visualise the item you are selling, so it is very beneficial to include a range of images.
- Use Actual content: Do not use pictures copied from Google or other search engines or image banks. Include actual pictures of your own.
- Be honest: Be honest and accurate when listing an item.
- Be responsive: If you’re going to be unreachable for an extended period, simply pause your listing so you don’t keep people hanging.
- To find ads in your suburb, state, region, area simply select category and location or enter keyword of what you are searching in the search feild and it will filter out all related ads in searched location from searched category.
- By default, category and search results pages are sorted by date, with most recent ads showing at the top.
- Withing a category you can narrow search result by using refinement options. The refinement filters found on the left hand side of the page. You can simply click a combination of any of the filter options to achieve the desired refinement that allows you to find what you're looking for.
- Use the price range search options found in the box near the left hand side of a category and search listings pages to filter search results to a price range.
- Contact the seller using the number shown in the right hand side of the ad view page.
- Don't make any payments before receiving an item.
- You can simply post an add by yourself or through an agent.
- If you post an ad by yourself, simply click the button "Post an ad" and follow the instructions. If you are not logged in, you will need to log in as the first step of posting your ad.
- The ad will be reviewed before publish it. This will usually takes less than 3 hours during office hours

- Once logged navigate to "View posted ads" page and you will see your posted ad list.

All of the ads are manually reviewed and if your ad violates the posting rules of the site, it will be rejected. An item or service that is illegal in Sri Lanka , An item or service that is not located in Sri Lanka , An invalid phone number or email address , Offensive language , Offensive pictures , An unrealistic offer - Text in the title or description that is not related to the advertised item or service Pictures that do not match or clearly show the advertised item or service, A non-specific item or service will be rejected.

- Click the button "Click Here To Create A Shop" and follow the instructions.
